What areas does Jeeboo deliver to?
Jeeboo delivers across 16+ areas in Greater Cairo, including Nasr City, Maadi, Zamalek, Heliopolis, Downtown Cairo, New Cairo, 6th October City, Mohandessin, Dokki, Shubra, El Rehab, El Shorouk, Giza, Fifth Settlement (Tagamoa), El Obour, and 10th of Ramadan City. Delivery is available within a 7 km radius from partner restaurants.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay with cash on delivery (COD) or by card when placing your order in the app. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards. All card payments are processed securely.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order amount is 120 EGP. This helps us maintain efficient deliveries and fair pricing for our drivers and partners.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 30–45 minutes, depending on the restaurant, distance, and traffic. You can track your order in real time in the app and receive updates on estimated arrival.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel for free if the restaurant has not yet started preparing your order. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may not be possible or a fee may apply. Contact support@jeeboo.app for help.
My order arrived wrong or damaged. What do I do?
We take quality seriously. If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, contact our support team within 30 minutes of delivery. We will work with you and the restaurant to resolve the issue—refunds or re-delivery may be offered depending on the situation.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. You need a Jeeboo account to place orders. Sign up with your phone number or email—it only takes a minute. Your account lets you save addresses, track orders, and reorder favorites easily.
How do I become a restaurant partner?
Visit our Partner page and fill out the application form with your restaurant details. Our team will review your application and contact you within a few business days to discuss partnership terms and onboarding.
How do I become a delivery driver?
Visit our Driver page and submit an application. You will need a valid Egyptian ID, a scooter/motorcycle/bicycle, and a smartphone. Our team will guide you through the onboarding process and provide training.
Are there delivery fees?
Delivery fees vary by distance and restaurant. The exact fee is shown before you confirm your order. Some restaurants offer free delivery promotions—check the app for current offers.
Can I schedule an order for later?
Yes. When placing your order, you can select a scheduled delivery time (subject to restaurant availability). This is great for events, meetings, or when you know you will be home at a specific time.
Do you offer group orders or corporate catering?
Yes. For large orders or corporate events, contact support@jeeboo.app. We can arrange bulk orders and special delivery arrangements.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
I have dietary restrictions. Can I find suitable options?
Yes. Many restaurants on Jeeboo offer vegetarian, vegan, halal, and other dietary options. Use the search and filter features in the app to find meals that fit your needs. You can also add notes to your order for special requests.
How do I contact customer support?
